About Me
I’m a healthcare leader who works and resides in the Toronto area. I have been working in healthcare administration for the past 5 years and enjoy the vast responsibilities and tasks which I carry out to support frontline healthcare workers and allied professionals. I'm an advocate for patient & family centered care and enjoy partnering with patients and health care partners to create and grow community health.

I am a Program Supervisor working in Renal & Oncology services and predominantly focused on out-patient treatments for Chronic Kidney Disease and Cancer. In my role as a Hospital Administrator, I provide leadership for operational activities and challenges in the portfolio. I assist in implementing organizational Quality Improvement Plans and change initiatives that will foster greater environments for both staff and patients.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing recreational sports and I'm currently enrolled in the Masters of Heath Studies program at Athabasca University.

I hope that this blog will serve as a tool to grow in my learning journey through MHST 601 and connect with my fellow learners.
